Think you know the ins and outs of DIY LED? Put your knowledge to the test and see how you do on this little quiz!     haha I should of done better few of them I read it wrong lol… I still did better than avg 🙂 question #18.. shouldn’t they be perfect split?? if you had different color temps like in your video its not split perfect.. I get that but both 3k or both 4k shouldn’t it be 700/700?

      Hey JGG. The chances of a near-perfect split are pretty low. even with LEDs of the same bin, there’s enough variance to cause them to pull significantly different current.

  2. Man come on there is not a huge temp difference in using thermal pads versus messy thermal grease that will dry out over time and I don’t care what cree says as they have lost in it in the cob race at this point. I have the db specs and they aren’t worth the price over a vero 29 or citizen. I am also not one to use drivers that you can’t dim with a pot. I will say I did better than average.
