Re: Suggestions for strips without heatsinking..
I came across a couple of successful builds with the EB gen2 with no heatsinks. One of them measured temps and it did not go above 50C or so. Both were VEG lights. So is the light I'm planning. I don't have much confidence for flowering under the EBs at that current. Will need a lot of them. Too muc...

Re: Amelech Zigbee controllers
I have been eyeing those for a while. Check out "Jared Chen" youtube channel. It's the manufacturer of those Zigbee devices. Re: Quantum sensor for multimeter
I was wandering.. will the quality of my multimeter have an affect on the quality of the readings? I mean, will this sensor behave differently on different meters?

Re: No way to get proper heat sinks in Europe
Ordering from the US is not an option due to custom taxes...they are astronomical. I have to say, this is my first build and I am a little bit on a budget here, so I dont wanna spend more than 20 bucks on a single heat sink, concidering I need 6 of them. I was and still am in the same boat as you m...

Tony what did you use to fix the wagos to the frame?
I find, at some point, everything I use deteriorates due to the heat.

I actually have quite a few local hardware stores around me. They sell everything you can think of, including metal profiles. Someone on RUI, recently noted that the Bridgelux E3 series ( http://www.bridgelux.com/sites/default/files/resource_media/DS130%20EB%20Series%20Datasheet%20Rev%20A_0.pdf ) ru...

Re: Suggestions for strips without heatsinking..
I have scoured my entire area, asking window makers, local construction material shops, even F'ing lazer cutting/machining shops that actually list aluminum on their sites as a material they work with but none of them have it for sale nor know where to get any. I am talking about aluminum sheets and...
