Re: Help with Troubleshooting Vero 29 Fixture
Also you stated they are dimmable drivers. Are the dimming leads shorted together? That will cause the lights not to come on.

Re: Help with Troubleshooting Vero 29 Fixture
What driver are you using per run of 3? Are you using holders? If so, is it possible the cob isn't seated correctly on the holder?

Re: HLG QB324 V2 board, driver and wire questions
The 324 runs about 1.5v higher than the 288. At similar current. This results in a small increase in overall watts. However given that do offer a slight increase off wattage at similar efficiency and they off ER the 3500k spectrum is what sold me on the board. That and the price point. $79 with heat...

Re: Driver for my qb
What Hydro is saying is that mixing spectrums 500k one way or another has been scientifically proven to not effect yield or overall plant growth one way or another. When using LEDs of the same CRI and the same Phosphor coating technology there are no real benefits of mixing spectrums. That being sai...

Re: Bridgelux strips not working
How can you have 4 strips connected to the first wago? If using 5way wagos you should have the first hole with driver lead, the next 3 holes to 3 led leads, and the last hole to the next 5 way wago. If using 16 that would leave you with 1 led on it's own wago. That is how you have it?

Re: First DIY LED build completed thanks to LEDG forum members!
Great job on this build. I love the use of the 80/20. It's sturdy, light and very easy to adjust. Makes it easy to add/remove lights as needed without having to drill holes for every configuration. Nicely done!

Re: HLG QB324 V2 board, driver and wire questions
Constant current driver generally require series wiring (c2100). Contant voltage require parralel wiring (-48a or b)

Re: Driver for my qb
Both are pretty close. Although they are wired completely different. Parrallel or series. The constant voltage drivers generally put out a little more mA. In the example you listed the 240-48 would put out about 2.5 amps per board. If you are using a ~50v board you should get max available watts for...

Re: HLG QB324 V2 board, driver and wire questions
These boards run about 140w at 2800mA. On the hlg-320h-54 driver you can get a few more mA of current vs the 320h-c2800. The base current of the -54 is 5.95, that is split between the boards resulting in 2.975 amps per board roughly. That brings total wattage closer to 150w per board.
