Thanks for the reply. I was using the same old system for years with bulkheads and 3 gallon buckets. I loved it but would end up cutting the veg short because my roots would fill the bucket before I filled my space. I had a few leaks with bulkheads but could always make it stop by making them tighter.

Hey Unkle, Greengene has somewhat of a side by side going on YouTube right now. 18 clones of the same plant. 9 under 3100k and 9 under the added reds. It's at week 5 of flower now.

Very strange. Maybe try using a rapid Led 1-10v dimmer? Less than $10 shipped. The thing about Alibaba is, you hardly ever get what is advertised.

Cxm 32 v4

Interesting development for the cob game. 5% increase is great considering how well these perform at the 100w range. I can't wait to see the raw data from his readings.

But isn't having identical clones on different nutrient regimens more comprehensive and conclusive? Maybe I misunderstood and you were doing just that, using multiple strains on multiple regimens. If so, that is genius.

Re: opulent americas build

Basically you plot every point you can find information on. Extrapolate the % increase per 100mA (less is better) . Then factor in the compounding rate in which it increases. Example - .3v then .33v then it an be assumed .36(actual .35999997) is logical and therefore real. Obviously this isn't the c...

Re: Potentiometer help. Hlg 240h-48ab driver

Have you tried plugging both the pot and drivers in in timed circuit. Could be a fail safe on the pot and it's detecting zero load and going into (limp mode) or something to that effect

Re: Upgrade path

Sounds like you have a good grasp on it. Don't forget to calculate minimum voltages in upgrade scenarios. In this case you would be fine with 4 cobs on the 320-1400 at ~144v. The driver minimum is 114v. You won't see 100w out of the pucks at 1.4 amps. They are 48v boards so you would need to run the...

Ohh, I see what you mean. I could certainly have went with individual dwc/waterfarm method. I prefer the undercurrent method with a separate res. I can keep my water temps a bit lower this way and typically use a frozen water bottle or two in the res based on water temp. Also, I can flush the entire...

Re: Upgrade path

I misunderstood your intentions. I thought you were going to run pucks and cobs on the 320. If you have proper heatsinks, you can run 4 veros on an hlg-240h-c1750a. I'm not sure if the b version would quite get there. Maybe someone else could say for sure. If you run the 320h-1750 you wouldn't be cl...
