Hi all! I purchased some gear to build a 2x4' light using 22" bridgelux strips. I can run it at 240W at 1A but I can ramp it down to half that, 120W at 500mA. Update: Princess Auto didn't have the stock, and they recommended metalsupermarkets.com, the local spot was down the road.
They also didn't have channel so I opted for 1"x1" aluminum angle, both for the strips and the frame.

Have you considered full-sized baking sheets? $10 for a 26"x18" with a rim that makes it rigid and practical to hang. Where are you seeing that for $10? USD maybe?
