Re: Looking for help!!!
I’m interested in the final decision made on your builds. I built the gen 2 4x4 480 watt light. I’m looking to add onto this light for my next flower. Was thinking to add 6-8 more strips and add a hlg-240. Are the gen 3 strips worth the money? I can get the driver with the gen 2 strips for the price...

I’m looking to do something very similar, just unsure of the program code side of things.
Is there something do stir me to in order to learn that side.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Re: First time build. Help selecting the right strips for the job.
Super excited, received my lights 12 eb gen 2 4’, along with a HLG-480H-48B driver today. All delivered within 24 hours of ordering online. Digi-Key.ca made it easy for me. One thing I have just realized is that I got the HLG-480H-48 instead of the HLG-480H-42. Is this a problem and need to exchange...

What (K) strips are you running? I was planning to use 3500k and perhaps use 16 strips for better efficiency.
Any thoughts?

Re: First time build. Help selecting the right strips for the job.
The duties and taxes all depend on where the products are imported from. Don’t really have a budget, just looking to get the best bang for the buck and get a quality light. I feel that for Canadians to get a quality light it cost closer to $2 per watt. Looking for the expert advice on the correct pr...
