Turns out one of the pot poles wasnt soldered well. Broke off just as I was about to cut it.

Thanks for the reply.

I'll cut off the pot when lights go on in 1.5 hours and see if it's still doing it.

Hlg driver dimming on its own

Hey guys been running pacific light concepts and hlg drivers for almost 6 months. Been great so far. Just realised today that 1 of 4 fixtures is flickering. I've plugged in awattage meter like a kill a watt and can see it drop from 100% 320w to 290w and back to 100% then some times it will drop down...

@adam Thanks for it anyways was a source of inspiration. So I got my photo boost strips today in the post. Very exciting. I'm going with these heatsinks. https://www.gdrectifiers.co.uk/uploads/PS092.pdf They are overkill, but better over than under. Only thing is they come in 1m or 2m... I need them...

I also like the thin strips for dispersion for moere even coverage and heat dissapation. Its not an ego thing at all, ...

Thanks for the reply. So potentially good news. Greengene's most recent live video from youtube mentions that some one was using something like this as a heatsink and says it worked even better. thats jsut what some one said to him though so still needs to test. http://www.aluminium-profile.co.uk/cg...

I've emailed 2 companies in the uk that had basically exactly what we want. 1 said out of stock, not said when they would get more in, then sugested one that us 65mm wide with 6 fins on top, but with a massive gap in the middle instead.
