Re: Or_Gro and the epic smackdown
Heat sinks backsides are finally painted and I can start assembling them this weekend. The free space between the fins is for a small driver housing for UVB ballast, far-red trigger and a Sonoff dual. Boards and additional diodes are driven remotely and the driver case is mounted outside the groom o...

Re: UV module build
Any idea on how to minimize risks of static electricity while working on the UV diodes? It's best you ground yourself before you start working with electronic parts like grafic cards, cpu's, RAM or LED's! There are for instance bracelets with spiral cables. They are often worn during the assembly o...

Day 9: Starting to conclude that Amnesia OG cuttings are slow/difficult to root...two apparent casualties; one in the lower temp-gff bucket, one in the higher temp-sterile bucket. 6C461064-699F-474B-B8F0-514383510870.jpeg I have never lost a cutting before, using aerocloners, so 2 in separate bucke...

So pic below is 2 nodes at topping point? top-to-3rd-node-sm.jpg On ya cuzzy, if work permits I'll try a manifold vs my top everything that gets taller method (if tha...

Re: UV module build
Sorry, I'm a bit late.. I would use this diode. That's the one recommended in the video and it has 280-290nm and very low output in the UVC range(<280nm). Its a 100mA diode with 10mW output, with a series parallel circuit of we should be able to find a siutable driver. A 5x 1w ebay driver has usual...

Re: Or_Gro and the epic smackdown
Do you think the size of the trunk makes a big difference? I have told people a few times that I believe without a wide trunk to suck through water and nutrients it can only go so far but then they show me big results with tiny trucks so I don't know who is right or wrong How thick the main trunk f...
