I guess more specifically, is the Spectrum better for growing on the 80 CRI Vesta Gen 3's, or the Thrive version? There a massive difference in efficiency, but I'm ok taking the hit if the spectrum is worth it. Which emitters/pumps these new models use and how that effects growing is a little beyond...

Is there any more info on this? Are the new Thrives really crap? I'm looking at the Gen 3 2700/5000k versions.
