Re: LM301B board that we've been working on
I went ahead and grabbed an HLG-120H-54A from Jameco. Ground shipping might take a minute. I went with the 120H over the 150H after looking at the efficiency load graphs it looks like the 120 is maintaining higher efficiency on 115V, especially at the likely used loads.

Re: LM301B board that we've been working on
I've seen you mentioning the upowertek drivers, Futuregrow, but didn't see an easy USA distribution around. You in Europe or Asia? I guess the HLG-150H-54's are in play too, ehh as the board rating for 120w is nominal. I don't know that I'd need that much wattage but would be nice to test initially ...

Re: LM301B board that we've been working on
Interesting, indeed.
I took a quick glance at drivers in the Meanwell HLG range and looked like HLG-120H-54 variant is the ticket for running one board. So maybe that's the 54 right there, Futuregrow! What driver are you looking at sdfoster22?

Re: LM301B board that we've been working on
Seems like the voltage binning of the diodes is where the HLG sets itself apart, gansho. HLG touts their relationship with Samsung and the new boards are supposedly manufactured directly via Samsung, with rumored top creme voltage binned diodes beyond the best offered to other channels, where Atreum...

Re: LM301B board that we've been working on
Cool looking board. I do like the squares. Great to see competition and options in the market for us. Just got a couple of the similar LM301B qb288 v2 setups from HLG for use in a big flower area. I have a 3x3 tester flower tent with 4 3500K cobs in the corners, I could throw one of these right in t...

Re: Question about board spacing and orientation for 6 QB288 V2’S for a 5x5 area
Just for fun, did a couple for how my light spacing in 4x8 changed between just the old 12 cobs on bars and then after adding the more diffuse slate 2 triple qb kits sort of to the center of each square.

Looks awesome. Throw up any info you can while you're working with it! Looks fairly fancy for me-self but there's always the future.

Re: Question about board spacing and orientation for 6 QB288 V2’S for a 5x5 area
This amazing illustration is not exact (but it's actually pretty close, check it) but probably sort of what I would be looking to do. It just feels right. Edge of picture is 5x5, big rectangle is the 4x4 frame.
Maybe push them out closer to the eges?
