Re: New EB Gen 2 Build - Input on Choices
Would this method work for a driver that I've picked so that I can expand the system in the future? I'm going to buy a driver that could handle twice as many strips as what I am initially going to use so that I can add another shelf in the future. Is this going to cause an issue or can I just dial b...

Parallel Wiring with Wago Connectors
I was wondering how everyone wires in parallel for 6+ LED strips using wago connectors. I can only find wagos with 5 ports and have 8 strips to connect together and want to wire all directly to the power supply.

Re: New EB Gen 2 Build - Input on Choices
I'm doing almost the same thing. Using the same strips just with 6 instead of 12 which means I'll use the Meanwell HLG-80H-20A as I only need 4 amps evening driving the strips at 650ma, closest I'd want to max .

Re: Basement Salad Garden Build Planning
I was wondering why you went with a ladder configuration instead of a few longer strips? I'm looking at building a setup for the same purpose. I was going to use 2-3 longer strips run lengthwise instead of width. I though it would be easier to wire.

Re: Small EB Gen 2 Build
Thanks, I wanted to go with CC to ensure the LEDs are protected if one goes out as I'll be running them close to max current. Since the Voltage of the strips is 20V times six strips this would be 120V, is this considered dangerous?

Re: Small EB Gen 2 Build
So after some more research I've decided to go with constant current for safety, I don't have to worry about the higher voltage. Just wondering if anyone has thoughts on the HLG-120H-C700B being suitable for this with a potentiometer for dimming?

Small EB Gen 2 Build
I'm going to be building a small build using 6 of the 280mm EB Gen2 strips. I want to be able to run them all at 100% if needed but will likely be running them at 75% of rated just for efficiency. I found 2 power supplies: HLG-120H-36B HLG-120H-C700B One is a constant current and one a mixed. Is the...

Colour LED Strips
I'm planning a build to use on an aquarium and grow aquatic plants using the Bridgelux EB gen 2 strips. I was wondering if there are RGB or specific colour strips that would be able to run off a the same power supply? I'm looking for something that would have reds and blues specifically.
