Re: New POW R2 from Sonoff.
If I set dehumidifier to turn on if th16 reads >=55RHD it usually kick in and does run about one minute and then turn off. After one more minute it kicks back in and keep going like that. This is caused due to dehumidifier only needs one minute ( or less ) to sort humidity out to desired value. But...

Re: Extraction
For cooking I just decarb, add to ingredients and bake. I've been doing that every other week for over a year with great success. Once the herb is decried there is no need to heat it. For decarb I heat on baking pan for one hour at 240˚. I do want to try making Rick Simpson oil. It seems straightfor...

I don't understand why the HLG-100h-24b can't be completely dimmed remotely.

Re: Opinions on thermal tape
My light uses the double row F series strips. I used the 30mm tape- only needed to use one run down each heatsink, as the leds don't go to the edge of the strips. I had the same thoughts as you- but in the end it is so much easier to use the tape, rather than drilling and tapping holes in the heatsi...

Re: EB2 grow in small tent
Never tried with air being pushed through the carbon filter. I always thought the are not meant to work that way. Btw in this run i had no problems of height restriction. You can push air through a carbon filter-( http://www.phreshfilter.com/page/phresh-frequently-asked-questions ) if you need to. ...

Re: EB2 grow in small tent
Put the carbon filter outside of the tent if you can, to give yourself more room. I have mine outside, along with the extractor fan- and it's great one having no ducting or filter over the light.

Re: Flowering issues
I think you may be overwatering them. Thus the gnats. Don't water them everyday. Bigger pots would help a lot. It's very hard to get the watering right when plants are pot bound.

Re: A Bunch of Seeds
I've been too busy to post an update, something I really wanted to do, as I'm growing with some donated seeds. I had one male, so the 3'x3' closet is down to 5 plants, on of which I harvested the last of last night. It went pretty well, and I was able to go away for two vacations with no issues, tha...

Yes ! I like your ideas. Especially the lighting control. It's hot here and I've had to lower my lighting power.

Re: LM301B board that we've been working on
It looks really good ! Are you doing the heatsink too ? I'd love to see a better shot of the heatsink to see how it could be built into a frame.
