Re: Intro & Various "lm561C" board builds from Shenzen

as LG kindly pointed out to me: "The Samsung engine calculator lists the F562B PCB material as CEM (composite epoxy material)".

Re: Intro & Various "lm561C" board builds from Shenzen

i start to wonder if what i rather want is something like a H/F/Q-series strip but with an aluminum PCB instead. i found some suppliers claiming they use LM561c and 15*560mm aluminum PCB. these dimensions render them more universally usable for DIY compared to quantum boards, while retaining the goo...

Re: Intro & Various "lm561C" board builds from Shenzen

after no responses through alibaba chat, inquiries and orders, i tried to contact meijiu trough their listed email and they replied instantly. anyway, funniest thing ever just happened: Hansion replied as they were out of stock and told me they were about to start producing a 308 LED board tomorrow....

Re: Intro & Various "lm561C" board builds from Shenzen

As for being replacements for strips, I think you can get a better more controlled spread with strips so no. [... ] F-Series strips are my end goal, just hustling together some cash in the meantime. i like that they are on aluminum PCB rather than epoxy which is better for heat disappation (right?)...

Re: Suggestions for strips without heatsinking..

The Samsung engine calculator lists the 562B PCB material as CEM (composite epoxy material). i am disappointed. i want an aluminum pcb. because with epoxy even when u put the strips on a heatsink the pcb acts like a barrier for heat disappation. any aluminum-pcb product recommendations? .. alibaba ...

Re: F562B Build max lumens/watt

i want to go the same route with some F562B strips and when i looked at the prices of HLG Constant voltage drivers i figured out i would take a more powerful of the bunch, because they cost just a few $ more than the less powerful. so with the HLG-185H-24A the output current can be adjusted to 3.9A ...

Re: Suggestions for strips without heatsinking..

sorry for jumping into the conversation, but i couldn't find out what kind of material the PCB of samsung F-series F562B strips (or led strips in general) are made of (because it is not really listed in their datasheets). if it's aluminum and i drive the strips softly (700mA instead of 1120mA), can ...

Re: LM301B vs LM561C (Q-series VS F-series)

ok i think i'll go with the F562B (SI-B8T261560WW) how much more efficient than 175 lm/w will they get when i power them with 700mA instead of 1120mA. can this be found out using the samsung calculator? it is a pretty complicated tool. https://www.samsung.com/led/support/tools/led-component-calculat...
