Re: Very little smell since switching to LED

With LEDs without IR diodes, you want to run the room warmer than you would with HPS, around 84º F. You'll also want to bump up the humidity a bit to maintain VPD. If you're switching from CMH, you could be noticing a lack of uv with the LEDs. I've been considering adding near-uv diodes to my grow t...

Re: New member wanting knowledge

Yeah, if you take the driver and hook it up to 10 boards in parallel, the amperage will be split amongst the boards, and the voltage will remain at the set value. 12 boards shouldn't be a problem either, I'd recommend using wago's to wire it up.

Re: Hello fellow diy enthousiasts

Should be a good build. I was considering using those strips for a veg light. I've been using the QB 96 Elite V2's for veg and flowering with good results.

Re: need project help LM561C

You would probably want about 250 watts per 120x60 space, perhaps up to 400w for flowering. Here's a link to the strip build tool: http://ledgardener.com/parallel-strip-build-tool/ The blog also has DIY guides which should prove useful. http://ledgardener.com/diy-led-strip-build-designs-samsung-brid...

Re: Asthma

I wouldn't recommend smoking anything if you have asthma, but a nice vaporizer rig with a hydrator would provide smooth, clean, cool hits. You may also want to look into concentrates. High CBD strains are a must for inflammatory conditions. This year I grew a strain that is roughly 2:1, as well as s...

Re: Samsung F-Series LT-FB24B 4′ LED Strip

Since you're running 6 strips and co2, I would upgrade to the 600w driver, which would put each strip at ~57% capacity.

You could always go with eight of the FB22B single row strips. They are in stock.
