Re: Best buy (not diy)led growlight BUMP

Hey there, I so this is old and you are in Sweden, but I think this is the best deal going here in the states for a assembled and tested turnkey light.

Re: Takeshy Organic/DWC LED Grow

I think 500w per square meter is the highest you want to go, only if your running co2.. I'm running two of these Quantum Board configurations in a 4x8, that is 1200w, roughly the same as Takeshi, 400w per square meter. I do run co2, so I may supplement with some strips.

I already harvested.
I couldn't take many pictures of the harvest day as I was really busy with a tight timeframe.

I am building a DIY UC RDWC for my next grow :)
Sounds good. Let us know how ya did.

Re: Takeshy Organic/DWC LED Grow

I'm kinda going back and forth between going all out and doing rdwc, or just staying simple and with an autopot setup. The thing that's holding me back from choosing rdwc is I'm having a hard time sourcing top quality parts to to diy it, and I also don't want to spend current culture prices. I have...

Them colas really fattened up in four days! You might get a better haul then last time. Did you end up dimming the lights down as you were saying you might?

Re: Record Breaking Efficiency?

My LED TV from uses Quantum Dots. When looking at some of the prices for these lights, I seriously contemplated putting a PAR meter under those dots to see if an HDR sunrise on loops wouldn't save me money. I suggested this to Lumi on riddlem3.com some years ago, using a flat panel led as a grow li...

Re: Record Breaking Efficiency?

This was a story suggested to me by Google because of my research into LEDs. The story claims that these Quantum Dot LEDs have achieved "record breaking efficiency" of 105 L/w. Am I missing something? Don't the LM301b's go over 200 L/w? https://phys.org/news/2018-07-quantum-dot-white-efficiency.amp...
