What cobs would you recommend for an import company who would like to make a large order on a couple of good models. Preferably something that could be used both for growing and house lighting?

Perhaps one line of lower power cobs without housing, that could be used for interior design, and one or two more powerful ready fixtures?

Honestly, for import sales/use. I would look into the gt3838. They can be had for $13 each on Alibaba. If the datasheets are accurate they might be a real serious option. I saw a few threads of somewhat reputable folks pushing them. I'll like a few screenshots of some literature I was given when I got a quote for a build for a buddies budget build.

Cheers

I should add that I was quoted that the 52v option should produce 190lm/w at 700mA.

That's a pretty good find Marine. I'd be interested in side by side with typical cri/typical spectrum vs these 97 cri. You have any more literature?
Cheers!
