Help with Troubleshooting Vero 29 Fixture

Discuss COBs or any other types of LEDs that don’t fit the other categories (Cree, Citizen, Migro, etc.).

Thanks @whiterecluse. So I bought a soldering iron, reviewed a bunch of tutorials and went to work. I had 2 rails that were not lighting up. First rail worked immediately. Second rail still not lighting up. Do you think I should retry soldering or buy new cobs? At this point not sure how to troubleshoot.
