The best setup for 3,2x3,2 cabin?

Hey guys! I'm setting up my first grow box and I'm learning about the cob leds. Would you like an opinion for the best option for me to build a system for a space of 3.2x3.2? Being that it will be used for the vegetative and flowering phase. What is the power, temperature and quantity of light bulbs for this space?

3500k spectrum is pretty well suited for dual purpose applications. You will want at least 300w in my opinion. How many lights depends on your budget. You can run 6 cobs at 50w or 12 cobs at 25w for a huge efficiency gain.
