Cree XML T6 & Correct connection

Hi again everybody.

Still very new to building with LED

When connecting Cree XM-L Cobs (or other COBs with multiple teminals) in series.
Which terminals would be the right ones to use?
Fig.1 or Fig.2 or could both work?

Again any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can use either. Its often better to use them on the opposite sides as its more difficult for them to short
