help please will this led driver power 2-34v 50watt 1500ma cobs to full power in series led driver 200watt,pil 200u-c2800-st output v 42-71 output cur. 2.8

It looks like if you had 4 of those cobs in 2S2P, then they would work on that driver.

thanks for the reply would a hlg-80h-36b be better or what do you suggest to drive them

"Better" is highly subjective. I don't know what your goal is, or what area you wish to illuminate.
Thay hlg driver would only be able to power 2 cobs.
