So I am looking at setting up a 4'x4' flower tent and 4'x4' veg tent. I am looking at setting up 2 of the 260w qb288 kits in the flower room, and one of the 260w kits in the veg room. I've found the boards here for $167 https://www.alibaba.com/product-detail/ ... 71d2uw7Vke . Do you all think I will be happy with this setup? Or should I possibly run another board in my flower room?

Imho, biggest advantages with leds are light spread and canopy coverage.
That is why it is better to have as many light sources as possible, within your budget. You can dim down, keep panels closer without wasting much light on tent sides.
You wouldn't have any problem with the setup you chosen. Just ask the seller for the total cost before making any decision, overall price is going to rise.

Did you see the 800 v2? I would get that board instead.

It can be run at 200w without heatsink (saving on shipping costs) and has much more diodes. Can be run in parallel with a 48v driver, you can start with 2 boards and get 1 more in the future, for example.

I see on that page I can get the 800 v2 with a heatsink and driver for 264, would I be better off getting just that one for my flower tent? It would save me and extra $60ish. Or get the 800 and a 288 for my flower. Ideally i'd only end up ordering from china one time, cause that shipping is crazy expensive.

In a 4x4 tent you need 450-550watts.
I wouldn't run the 800v2 board at more than 300w. I wouldn't even run it over 200w because I don't like that heavy heatsink.
Get 2x 260w kits or
3x 800 boards (without heatsinks)
1x hlg-600-48

How much is that 800 diode QB from china? I think I saw it sold for 70$ at meiju in alibaba??

If the board is that cheap, I would avoid the heatsink and put more boards. 3 of those in a 4x4 would be pretty sweet

Should be 70-90usd for the "lm561c" version
I would never get heatsinks off Alibaba

Yeah I imagine theres quite a difference in shipping costs if you go for sinks and drivers...
