U have a better option...
2x of those:
https://horticulturelightinggroup.com/c ... e-2-triple
578$
+ 2x HLG-320H-C1400A drivers =178$

SO... for 756$ u can get top shit light and maby will replace a 1000W hps...
But this is a bit too strong for a 4x4(maby)?? IDK really... without Co2 supplement, I'm sure it is too strong...
But yea u can always dimm...

Ok thanks for your feedback. I really can't justify spending $1400 on hlg so figured I'd try a kingbrite. I just heard lots of good things about them on reddit
Aloha & Are you planning to add CO2 to this 4x4 grow? With CO2 660 watts can be used . Without CO2 supplementation all you will need is about half 330W because the crop cannot use the extra light because it lacks carbon. building blocks.

No need for CO2 for 480W in a 4X4

Bridgelux is dumping its older stock, if your ready to go with alibaba, surely it should attract you.

How about this:

1pc meanwell XLG 200 driver. 35$
6pc 2ft bridgelux eb gen 2 strips @ 1400mA for less then 30$

Around 175w per set, 3 sets for 525w

Double the strips if you dont want heatsinks, or just increase if you want it to run cooler.

Aloha & My friends in China are waiting for Samsung to drop the price on the LM 301b now that the 301h is on the shelf costing 15% more. 480 x 2.5 umol/j = 1200 umol sq meter = 807 ppfd at the canopy average on a 4 x4 ? The science says to add CO2 when light levels are 500 umol at the canopy. https://www.photonics.com/Articles/The_ ... ied/a63340

I'd recommend either 4 x qb288 R spec and a hlg 480 2100 or inventronics 600 2800 if you want max power.

And if you want peak possible efficacy I'd recommend this 4 x R spec and a qb18 for added Emerson effect. It's my own custom build. I call her Tracy, as she's a filthy girl. :D

Sorry for the terrible picture bit she runs at around 35c and approx 2.7umol/watt. Driver mounted remotely.

Hi, just curious - I read that article and I couldn't find what you were referring to. All I could find was the following statement:
The saturated photosynthetic rate represents the maximum photosynthetic capacity (Pmax) and can occur well above 600 µmol m2 s1 for high-light crops
Given that most of us are running well over 500 PPFD in flower (up to and beyond 1000 PPFD), and not using supplemental CO2, I'm curious what evidence there is to suggest CO2 is needed above 500 PPFD in cannabis. Perhaps you could point to the relevant info int he link provided. Cheers.

Haha wow you guys lost me a few posts ago. Basically this is what I planned on buying.

https://m.alibaba.com/product/620557203 ... 284fdj20hz

Comes to just under $500 shipped to my door. Just looking for something to replace my 600 watt hps, unless it's a bad idea and just keep using my hps. Sorry I don't have a huge knowledge in led but trying to understand 😀
