I mean, come on

Keep trying to stake these up but they are just finding ways to fall back over big time. Lots of density and an almost finished look in mid 40's days of flower. LED's can turn everything into faster finishers. The last pic, that genotype usually likes 68 days under HPS but not anymore, it's a whole new pheno.

I dug up an example of the genotype from my first picture, at day 46 under 24 cri HPS bulbs for development comparison.

What was the color temperature of your LED during veg? How long did you veg them?

Vegged with Vero 3500K. Was vegged for a month at least from clones that were kept small and slower growing for a while before that.

Do you supplement with silica? That could help with keeping your stems nice and strong.

I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one who felt like LEDs were making my plants finish fast. I chopped a few samples on day 50 or so that was actually really, really nice. I chopped more on day 54 that I'm currently drying. I will probably chop the rest in the next day or two (so day 62 or so). Just waiting for a bit more amber. :)

I do have silica in the mix. It's looking like in the future I'll just put a stake on every single top cola in the 30 day's of flower range. Took a few new pictures today it's day 50 for me. I have 2 plants of each of most all phenos this run so I'll probably pull 1 a few days early, then the other and have some testing ahead.

Just chiming in an reporting a similar experience. But it's also been a mixed experience: I used 5 seeds of the same pheno that were sold together -- and each behaved quite differently. The quickest was probably ripe more than a week ahead of schedule (65 days), others just a couple of days.

My personal schedule is tight and needs to be planned in advance (growing is just a hobby), so I couldn't afford the time to crop ahead of time. Knowing how the strips I use cause plants to behave, for next grow I'm going to free up two days on day 60 of flower.
