Deficiency?

Unsure of strain, under a qb120 4000k. Feeding Jack's 321. Any ideas?

Could be a minor calsium or manganese defficiency, but hard to say early. Those white spots look more dangerous though. Photo is not sharp enough to make out if they are spidermites...
