I am considering to purchase two lights for one 10 square feet tent that would stay on during the entire grow cycle. Should I purchase two 3000k lights or should I purchase one 3000k light and one 3500k light?

Just go with two of the same. :) I bet no human will notice a difference between plants grown under either spectrum. the difference between 3000 and 3500 is very small. I'd go with 2x 3000K personally

Do UV and IR add any benefit for cannabis? Should I opt for a light having UV & IR capabilities?

660nm red + white + 2-3h UV is good for daytime light
730nm red is for Emmerson effect (fast sleep induction) just 3-15 min when lights off... (13on/11off bloom light schedule)
In my opinion right now best for buck option is to build a 3500k+660 red light and a UV supplement separately...
And if u like to go fast sleep mode growing, u have to use the 730nm red light.
UV is good if u know how to use... can be harmful(burning plants)... can be great for taste and potency

What is doing 660nm u can find nice articles here around on forum...

You'd just go for (2) 3500k then and it would be the same thing.
I think it only changes when the base pump is different otherwise it mind as well be the 2 of same spectrum as it'd be equivalent to the middle of the 2 lights in spectrum.
