Just thought id give you guys the heads up, or indeed if anyone in similar position, then please let me know.

Ordered a few LED Drivers in the past from TME.

1st 2 orders went perfectly.

On my 3rd order they ended up sending someone elses order!!!!
This order looked like a lot of equipment compared to the single LED driver i purchased.

So i emailed TME and sent them photos of the wrong order they had sent so they could see the contents.
A return label was supplied and DHL collected the parcel for return within 48hours.

As for my original order, TME requested that i make the purchase again and pay for it, then TME will refund me once the delivery has been signed for.
I told them i was not happy at buying the same product twice as this was not my error.
So i offered them to cancel the order and return the funds or to honour the order and send the correct part out to me.
All my items are paid for at point of order via paypal so no account is held.
They honoured the order and my part arrived a few days later.

However, since that delivery about 5 weeks ago i have been constantly pestered for payment of an item ive already payed for.
Ive contacted Dawn at the UK office, explained the situation and all was in hand as such, but then the emails just kept coming!!!
Numerous times contacting Dawn at TME and she says its being sorted!
Now ive received the threat of court action if my account isnt payed by 14th Dec!!!
I contacted Dawn again and explained how distressing this has been trying to deal with this, only for TME to not do anything about the situation!!

So, currently left waiting for a court summons over a £50 LED driver which TME cannot seem to sort out via email and phone calls.


So my advice is, use Mouser not TME for your driver requirements.

all I can say is .... wow! sorry to hear they are harassing you over their mess up...

Since my original post, i left e message on social media for them, explaining the effort ive put in to try and resolve this matter.
I also explained the situation regarding the wrong order sent by TME and how that was dealt with.

Who ever it was that took the message clearly got the matter dealt with.

However, the issue now seems to have reversed itself, so will need to call them again to see whats happening.

I received an email confirming that my account is now in credit for the amount of the driver that ive already payed for!

Heres the 3 orders ive made with TME again....

#1 HLG120 - payed via paypal(upfront). Excellent delivery time and great product.

#2 HLG320 - Payed via paypal(upfront). Excellent delivery time and great product.

#3 HLG320 - payed via paypal(upfront). Wrong item delivered to my door. Order returned via DHL within 48hours. Correct item delivered by TME after a few days of explaining about the wrong order.

So TME tried to charge me again for order #3, but id already payed upfront via paypal.

Now, it seems they cleared the original extra order TME had created, but added the amount to my account as credit!!!

Im dreading making another order with them :lol:
