I may build a 8-10 strip using F-series 2 or 4 foot strips over a 4 by 4 or 4 by 5.
I thought I’d ask if anyone has built one and how they like it.
I haven’t seen any charts of output over a 4 by 4 and I’m very curious about temperatures and current used.
Anyone?

Looks good.
How do they run temperature wise out of heat sinks?

Here is a chart using 4x 4ft heatsinks with 2x hinflux strips per heatsink. 118cm heatsink length)

HLg-480H-48a driver at full power.

(same PPf output as f series (within a few percent) but slightly lower voltage)

Its in a 1..2m x 1,2m area with the heatsinks on a 90cm wide frame with the heatsinks evenly spaced.

not as many points taken as i should have but the coverage/output is very even

That’s a very uniform coverage and great intensity also.
