What happened to Osram?

At the outset, Osram was the only manufacturer giving horticulture the time of day, but it seems they've disappeared completely. Anyone ever use these diodes?
You might wanna double-check anything you've read here...
Only place I've seen them recently is in one of Timber's kits.
