The dried flower is what people call bud. Seems price wise seeds are the most expensive, then the bud/ flower. Leaves are not really desirable, and stems go to industrial uses. Generally medications based on isolated cannabinoids are made from a paste left over from processing the stems.

When people talk about trimming buds, they are basically removing non flower material.
