Though on second thought, the 280mm would be sufficient... I can always use two of those to get the same effect as a 560mm strip, right?
The easiest place to look up spectrum research is in the studies comparing ratios of blue/ green and red light.
If I'm growing something for which these studies don't exist (such as carnivorous plants), do the results of studies on other plants still apply? In other words, how generalizable are these result?
Different plants react differently to different spectrums and light intensity. Best to start with a broad spectrum like high CRI 4000k and test from there
