All tightened up now and thermal transfer tape stuck to the back of 22 LED strips (and lots to me too, including my beard!).
Will break the frame down into two parts tomorrow and start wiring.

Starting to run wires - 3D printing is a great tool to have for printing clips as I go to run wires and hold Wagos. As I run more wires around the frame I continue to design and print clips on the go.

1st side of array complete! Masking tape is just holding LED fly leads before I flip over and stick LEDs and wire in.

All finished! Panel splits in two, so one side can be used for initial starter plants and then expanded to two. Also for transport - the whole panel won't fit in my car!

Thanks - designed the frame in Tinkercad and then ordered all the aluminum cut to length - went together like a construction kit.
I didn't have access to a drill press so bought a cheap one from China for about $10 - lasted just long enough to complete all the drilling.
Any wires that needed pass through drilled holes in the aluminum were fixed in place with hot glue - didn't want them rubbing on the frame.
Remember to run a ground/earth from the power cord to the frame - you're running at high V/C and the last thing you want is a shock!
Having a 3d printer allowed me to print cable guides "on the fly" gluing them to the frame with high viscosity super glue. Any glue spots on the aluminium were first cleaned with a little glass paper and wiped with Acetone.

Got acces to a printer but i'm not that proficient in modelling
