Will this Buck converter work?

Im trying to build a cob LED light array with 10x10watt cobs (I might double the amount of cobs later on). Their specs are 9-12 volt and electric current 900MA. Ive got a 12v 16.5A 203watt psu and I need to get a current regulator so i dont burn out the lights. Does this Buck converter look like it would work with my build/possible 20 cob build?

A 36V output would suggest the cobs must be wired 3 in series to match the voltage, then in parallel to split the current. That means this buck could do 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, 18, 21, etc cobs, 10 and 20 would be an odd fit.

I think its 1.5-36v so it can be set to 12V

Oh, indeed, sorry missed the adjustable voltage.

So 10 cobs in 1S10P at 12v at 9A makes 108W
20 cobs in 2S10P at 24V at 9A makes 216w
