TME taking me to court!!!

Just thought id give you guys the heads up, or indeed if anyone in similar position, then please let me know.
Ordered a few LED Drivers in the past from TME.
1st 2 orders went perfectly.
On my 3rd order they ended up sending someone elses order!!!!
This order looked like a lot of equipment compared to the single LED driver i purchased.
So i emailed TME and sent them photos of the wrong order they had sent so they could see the contents.
A return label was supplied and DHL collected the parcel for return within 48hours.
As for my original order, TME requested that i make the purchase again and pay for it, then TME will refund me once the delivery has been signed for.
I told them i was not happy at buying the same product twice as this was not my error.
So i offered them to cancel the order and return the funds or to honour the order and send the correct part out to me.
All my items are paid for at point of order via paypal so no account is held.
They honoured the order and my part arrived a few days later.
However, since that delivery about 5 weeks ago i have been constantly pestered for payment of an item ive already payed for.
Ive contacted Dawn at the UK office, explained the situation and all was in hand as such, but then the emails just kept coming!!!
Numerous times contacting Dawn at TME and she says its being sorted!
Now ive received the threat of court action if my account isnt payed by 14th Dec!!!
I contacted Dawn again and explained how distressing this has been trying to deal with this, only for TME to not do anything about the situation!!
So, currently left waiting for a court summons over a £50 LED driver which TME cannot seem to sort out via email and phone calls.
So my advice is, use Mouser not TME for your driver requirements.
