Hello,
Just as stated in title HLG(ELG)-120-38B would be nice to have. But it just doesn't exist so what would be the best to go with?

It's gonna power 4x custom COBs each runs @700mA 38V => 120W total ish

Cheers

I feel ya.. I've been planning EB gen2 4' strips.. test voltage is 39v...

I would go with a hlg-120h-42 or elg-150-42.. full power the hlg ( 2.9A total) will roughly push 725ma to each cob... while the elg ( 3.57A total) at full power will push roughly 893ma to each.. I tried searching 120 let's.. but only the 150's would pop up.. either way -42 😁

Cool
I personally prefer B Version cause I love external potentiometer. But with A version I guess I can set it bang on to 38V.

HLG-120H-42A seems like a favourite for me.

I could also go with something like HLG-120-C700B I guess but I prefer parallel wiring

Is this based on a single experience? The driver reaches 38.5v?

They weren’t my first choice but I found them on eBay. Two 185-36a’s for $27.
Couldn’t pass that up!

Iv found it to be an extremely versatile driver. From 1ft & 2ft Eb2’s to my Atreum boards. It allows for countless configurations.

That's for "A" versionof driver isn't?
So HLG-185-36A ?
I think I'll try A version then...

Does this only apply to that wattage? Looking at the 480-36, and it seems to have different specs...

Constant current region: 18-36
Voltage adjustment range: 30.6-37.8
Voltage tolerance: +-1%
