Hi guys, recently purchased a 130watt quantum board from niemiled.com and I'm a bit confused on how these two knobs work together to dim the grow light. I dimmed them about a week ago with a screw driver but honestly I wasn't exactly sure what I was doing. Do you mind giving me a bit more knowledge about what each dimmer does?

What kind of dimmer can I attach to the Power Supply to allow for a turn dial dimming effect?
