Can I use a 200 watt driver to power 4 strips pulling 151 watts total without damaging the strips? Thanks

Which driver and strips? The answer could be yes or no depending on the driver and strips specs.

If I was a MOD I'd ban you for asking stupid questions with absolutely zero context in regards to the devices your asking about.

The answer is, it depends. Technically, a dimmable driver could do that.
