So my build almost done just have to hook up my driver.
My driver has two outputs, I'm wiring 33 strips in parallel.
I'm not sure how to go about this?

Whoa, 33 strip build? Things gonna be a beast, I think you're gonna need a lot of 5 port wago's very soon haha... Also, LEDG had a vid somewhere that he said when jumping them from wago to wago use at least a 14 gauge solid core at least. All connectors should be able to handle 20amps, but thats a ton of current right there. What kind of strips were you using? 33 sound a bit much for a 480-500W driver, it'd avg. about 15.5W per, extremely efficient though. Post some pics of that beast when you finish please!

if I understand those dual output drivers right ( I have yet to use one) basically it works like two separate 240-24 drivers in one 480. the amps are split between both positive leads while volts are the same out of each... so it would be 16 on one set and 17 on the other..

I think LG did / was planning a video with the hlg600-54 which was dual leads. and if I'm off LG correct my noobness 😄

Yeah, those leads are both paralleled in the driver so it's the same signal on both. The reason they give you two sets, as de la soil said, is because of the large amount of current running out of that driver.

Split your strips between the 2 sets of leads as JGG said (16 and 17) and make sure you use big enough wire for doing the connections between the wagos. If you were to use too small of wire, it won't be able to handle the current and there's a chance it'll melt or burn up.

That driver can supply 21 amps, so if this is split somewhat evenly across the 2 sets of leads, you'll need wire that can handle about 11 amps of current. There are a number of different charts online regarding ampacity of different wire gauges like this one: https://www.bluesea.com/resources/1437

I'm hesitant to make recommendations on wire size since I'm not an electrician, but I always err on the side of caution and go big when in doubt. The wago-to-strip connections are limited to 18 gauge since you can't fit larger wire in the onboard connectors.

I actually have 3 more strips on order for a total of 36 and some far reds to go down the center.

Do you have a couple strips of a different colour temp mixed in there?

Never knew they made wagos that big, cool. Perhaps some terminal got nudged and no longer connected, really makes no sense why it would work inside a tent and not out... Unless the different kelvin strips run at a different voltage, it should not really matter in parallel. What is the total size of the fixture, and is there a reason you went with strips instead of QB's?

I like to over build things.
I built it for my 36 x 20 tent. I bought the parts a while back just hadn't put them together yet. As usual life gets in the way. Plus I made some errors.

I designed it with the possibilities of moving to a 3x3 or a 5x 3 tent.
I tap and died the frame to make it easy to disassemble. It also makes it easy to reuse the parts. 33.5 inches long

I'm at a loss why it doesn't work
I rewired so only 18 of the same strips were hooked up 3500k and it still wouldn't light up.
