Well that driver outputs up to 229v, and the strips use ~23v at 1400ma...maybe a touch less, would have to measure in real life vs the data sheet.
229/23= 9.95 boards. Probably could squeeze all 10 on there and will drop some voltage as it warms slightly and fit. Just need to double check with a multimeter its getting the full current and the driver is not compensating. Basic watt meter should give you a basic idea.
