Dimmer sourcing

Hi I'm repairing a broken led luxx645 I replaced the drivers and got it working full power. Wired up the dimmer and it wasn't working still just running at full power, after triple checking wiring a decided to pop off the dimmer and the connector was all bent and wires were loose I don't think I will be able to solder it the connection points are very close and I was wondering if anybody new how to source one, I've been scouring the web looking for one will attach a picture on the right side there was a plastic clip with 3 wires that I broke off because I was going to try and solder it for practice at least.
