Aloha & I tend to get my research from WUR, Ohio State, Cornell, Utah State, ,and the University of Arizona. So we have 22% 730nm,44% 660nm, % 33% 620 nm? Plus any white with red with 6.5K for high blue and 3k for low blue.
I take my info where i can get it, then i test it.

Here are the 3 sets of lights i’ll be running, in the grow currently posted in the mid-power led section.

Spectrum of 8x288 plus 4x35:

Hi Or_Gro
Are you going to add the far red supplements to the High Lights or leave them as they are?

Hey man,

Prawn wanted them to run without far red supplementation, so i’ll just do initiator effect, 15 min fr at start of lightsoff.

Aloha & you are testing with what levels of CO2 ? It seems like a 17 to 18 week cropping cycle (3 crops a year) one needs to be able to provide at least 800 to 1000 ppm?

I’ll be running 1500 ppm in each tent, after they get flipped...i’ll turn on far red for emerson and initiator effects after stretch (~21 days after flip)...

Aloha & so your grow stage is 63 to 68+ days? And the total time to produce a crop is over 4 months? When I was living in The Netherlands and Washington State we liked to harvest every week and were doing 6 crops a year from the same growing area.

I’m not producing for a market...i couldn’t give a ____ how many turns someone else does....at 3-4 lbs per tent, i give away most of what i produce...

Time’s about here, when turns won’t even matter to commercial growers....supply will be so much greater than demand, most commercial growers will be looking in my direction....how to yield the best and most out of less turns....the rest will be outta bizness!

In Oregon, you can buy what used to be $250-500 per oz reef, for $1/gram....

Aloha & I think your EC at 2.5 may be a little high. You can grow a two meter tree in an aqua system and never use over EC 1.4 .https://advancedhydro.com/products/11/the-aqua-system
