EC fan control

I would like to be able to control a EC fan based on outputs of a temp and humidity sensor.
I really don't know much about electrics but would love to give this a go
The fan that I currently have uses a 0-10V signal if that makes any difference?
I had a quick search but there does not seem to be a straight forward guide out there.
