Hello everyone I'm pretty new to the diy led strip scene and I'm in desperate need of advice.
As the title says I have a 3.5'x7' grow room im planning to do a light fixture with alluminium frame and lm301h led strips 72 LEDs each that I found on eBay, the strips are about 2,8' long so they are pretty close to the width of the room.

For what I understand they will run at about 25w with a 700A driver and at 35w with a 1050A, thinking of going with a meanwell one, on the item description they state that the meanwell HLG-320H-C700 runs from 7 to 12 of these strips at 23.5w so my questions are if I use the HLG-320H-C1050 will these strips run at 35w and how many would be sutible for my space?

I think I would stick to bridgelux or Samsung h influx (lm301b) strips
Via digikey or future electronics or mouser.
But need some planning to best fit your space.
The series drivers give you the watts so depends on how much voltage you have.
Eg. I have a 240 watt driver c1400 and has 135 volts across the strips so get 1.78 amps at max.
If had more volts the current will come down.
Saying that a parallel driver would be alot better especially if running higher voltage as a risk of shorting
I would aim at 30-35 watts per square foot the area you want to cover

I think I've identified them, they don't mention the led type but the strips come in 56 and 28 cm configuration some with double row of LEDs in the same lenghts.

Would these at 4k temperature be ok for a full grow or is it really necessary to add deep reds uva and all that stuff?

(plus in, neg out) on each 3 strip arm then neg back to neg of driver.
Or 12 parrallel arms of 2 could be done with a hlg-320h-42a

It looks like you've been steered in the right direction by @Kaduflyer . The Bridgelux EB3 Slim are your best bet - cheap and easily available. If your room is going to be used only for flowering, go with the 3000k version of those strips. If you will also be vegging in the room, grab 3500k strips. 4000k is just a little too much blue/green for flowering.
Making a fixture that's 6ft long is going to be tough to position, raise and lower, and might have some sag in the middle unless your frame is very rigid. Have you considered using the 1ft EB3 Slim 3000k strips to make 2 separate 3x3 fixtures? I don't know how you'd wire it, but from here it seems like a good option, albeit slightly more expensive.
One last thing - the EB3 Slim strips have very fragile connectors, so be extra gentle when you're wiring them.

Thanks to all of you for the priceless help, I'll be mostly flowering maybe one or two weeks of veg just to settle them in, I'll go with the 3000k then.

That driver would work but wont be the best as you would be having 286 volts, likely to short
Which is too much I wouldn't go above 180volts if connecting in series.
A hlg240-36 (a or ab) or hlg240-20 are better depending how you wire them.
Either 2 in series on each parrallel arm or all in parrallel aiming at 16 strips or 18 strips.
Having nine 4 footer strips might be better value depending on size of light you want on the hlg240-36
