Don't really know about mixed systems, but wouldn't the 1 and 2 foot EB gen2 strips work, they are 19v?

I did mix 1 and 2 foot strips, and the power was equal per diode... I think you might not be able to connect them in parallel, while assuming each strip will get equal power to each cob... each series connection in the strip might get that power.

I can get nearly anything from digikey, but as main light source are four ''cobs'' that run 24V @1.2A I should get some strips that runs 24V too.

Only 24V strips I can find are these M series, if You know about any better solution I'll be very happy.

I’m a Bridgelux guy but I’m pretty sure that most Samsung users run their f series strips on 24 volt drivers.
I could be wrong but I’m pretty sure you have more options then just m series.
