Two Hlg-480s with 6 lt-fb24b on each would hit 900W total, then based on test report it could hit up to 973W.
But as unkle_psycho mentioned, this is a stupid amount of light. Are you planning to use CO2?

That was my thinking too... CO² now, I'm kind'of curious to follow that .

Ok, im used to use 3x600W HPS in a 4x8 tent. I never use co2, i used to yield 1,05gr/W with this setup. You guys convinced me it's to much light. The final setup will be 20xFB24B with 4x HLG-320H-48A.
This is a preview how the half of the setup will look like.

This will looks good right? I can dim if the lights suffers from light stress

640w in a 4x4 should do you good, and it should run pretty cool too, while putting out higher ppfd then commercial fixtures of the same power.

It is possible to improve the spectrum of white leds by adding 660nm, 730nm, and uv, so you can add some bells and whistles to that if you feel like going such a route..

im not interested in playing with the colour spectrum because i am planning to add this kind of lightning on bigger projects. It should be easy and fast to make and not complicated.
i'm thankful for the help you guys gave!

Everything is ordered. Even the aluminium frame already cutted to size, i just have to drill the holes by myself.

I will make a picture of the 2 frames after assembly.

Here is the promised build, on full power the u profiles gets a little bit hot after a while. You can still touch them so i think they will be around 50-60C Celsius.

Nice!

Did you already have fans on when you measured the temps? You will notice that the slightest breeze on the light is enough to make it cool to the touch
