The issue with running higher voltage than tested for through connectors or normal pcbs is that the voltage can cause a spark or jump to earth. It is unlikely but it can happen. Electricity always takes the shortest path and it can cause problems going over the tested ratings. Bridgelux strips and all of the ones similar are built to a price so it's best not to exceed the rated voltage or currents.

Would anyone know the Voltage ratings of samsung f series gen 3 two foot single diode strip? (LT-F562B)

I checked the datasheet notes, could not find a rating for the connector.
