Some questions about wiring my first build

Hey, just about to start wiring up my first build. Got everything I need to do it but have a question before I start.
I'm using 2ft bridgelux strips end to end on a 4 ft heatsink, and have been advised to run a series/parallel configuration to keep it all neater.
Now I'm assuming this would mean I run from the positive of the driver, to the positive of the first strip, then from the negative of that strip to the positive of the next.
Questions I have are:
Is there a specific point where I must start my series connection - ie could it be the middle strip, for example and then parallel from there with wagos?
Also, what would be the best/neatest way to go from there in parallel?
Thanks
