Lumileds SunPlus 560 mm Supplemental LED Strip Build and Test

Lumileds Luxeon SunPlus Purple 2.5% LED Strips (32 LED) built with Samsung V562B PCBs. They are to be used as "PC Red" supplements for 80 CRI Samsung F-Series LED Lights at 10% - 15% of "Base Light" (F-Series) output.
Note: Solder Pad Layout of Samsung and Lumileds 2835 packages... Anode (+) and Cathode (-) are reversed, this just means that the Wiring Terminals on the 32 LED PCB have to be relabeled...
Materials:
100 - L1SP- PRP0002800 - Lumileds SunPlus Purple 2.5% LEDs
3 - SI-B8(T)15156CWW - Samsung V562B 560mm, 32 LED Strips (CEM-3 PCB)
1 - Solder Paste in Syringe - Sn63Pb37 183°C
1 - Paste Flux

The Build:
Removal;
1. Samsung V562B strips are prepped with small amounts of Flux Paste around the base of the 2835 LEDs.
2. Hot Air Rework Station is set to 400°C and used to Reflow the individual solder joints.
3. When the solder is flowing the Samsung 2835 LED are removed with the Anti-static tweezers.
Installation;
1. Samsung V562 PCBs are cleaned of flux with a dry cloth
2. Small amounts of Solder Paste are applied on the Anode and Cathode Solder Pads with the Syringe Dispenser.
3. Lumileds Luxeon SunPlus Purple 2.5% Blue 2835 LEDs are gently placed on the Solder Pads with the tweezers, observing the orientation.
4. Hot Air Rework Staion is set to 300°C and used to Heat the individual LED and Solder Pads with a circular motion.
5. When the solder is flowing SunPlus 2835 LED will be "Sucked" into place on the Solder Pad.
6. This Reflow procedure is started at one end of the PCB and repeated to the opposite end.
Preliminary measurements LED75W-025-C3000-D LED Driver @ 35 Watts after 6 hr run time are;
