DIY Quantum Board Tutorial - 10 Strips instead of 24 - Will it create thermal runaway?

Hello fellow growers.
I’ve started my growing builds using the DIY Quantum Board tutorial: https://ledgardener.com/samsung-lm561c- ... g-touches/, reducing from 24 strips to 10 since I have a space restriction.
I thought that I could start small and add a few more strips later ( parallel ), but instead of getting the Mean Well HLG-320H-24A, I got the Mean Well HLG-320H-24 ( without the dimming feature ) which means CC and CV at the same time.
I’ve wired all strips in parallel, but I’m in a situation where I’m going to get thermal runaway eventually from my beginner accounting. Is this right?
Is there a way to drop half a volt from the driver before going through the light circuit?
And last, since I have 13.34 Amps to spend, it seems that I could add a few COBs within the voltage range (24V) besides adding a few more strips. Any drawbacks doing this?
In summary I have:
10 Samsung SI-B8T05128HUS Strips
Current - Test 240mA
Temperature - Test 50°C
Voltage - Forward (Vf) (Typ) 22.5V
Lumens/Watt @ Current - Test 187 lm/W
1 Mean Well Driver HLG-320H-24 (CC/CV without dimmer)
Voltage - Output 24V
Current - Output (Max) 13.34A
Power (Watts) 320W
I'll update this post later with a pic of my structure.
Thanks in advance and hope that everyone goes safe into 2021!
