Help with 4ft EB Series Gen3 High Output

Will I need a heat sink if I run BXEB-L1120Z-30E8000-C-D3 @1400ma?
Would it better to run double the Gen 2 series instead @ 700ma instead?

Not knowledgeable enough to give you advice but just want to point out that the serial number you mentioned is a 2ft strip. I have gen3 2feet strips running at 750mA and they run pretty cool , I just used a cheap aluminum strip as heat sink and I can comfortably keep my hand on it and its just a little warmer than room temperature.
