Here's my build...

10 Samsung Fb562b 560mm 3000k strips.
And custom made double row led strips 20" long. They each contain 60 deep red and 60 HE red alternated leds. They were made by a close family friend who owns a computer building store. He soldered everything up for me.

I'm running a HLG-320-24B power supply right now. But I just ordered a HLG-480-24 power supply.
My frame is made out of 2x2 thick wall extruded alum tubing. Cut on 3 sides every 2 inches. I have 40mm fans mounted in each end of the tubing to blow through to keep them cool. I have the 4 red strips running on a meanwell lpv-100-24 driver.

Everything is controlled by my phone. Through a sonoff dual channel wireless switch. One channel for reds one for the samsungs. I'm either adding 5 more strips of the samsungs fb562b strips and using the HLG320 on it. Or more red strips. I am using a baylite dc voltage, wattage, current, and energy digital display.

After the round that's flowering now is done. The entire thing will be bead blasted and painted red.

Dang, that's some serious red! Looks nice. What's the intention behind the paint? Just aesthetics?

When I saw that tubing heatsink it took a while to understand what it was.
Went back and reread. Somebody put in a lot of shop hours.

Paint is just for looks. Shop time is very minimal. I have a router do all the work for me. I'm only putting out 86.3 watts with 3.62amps at 23.86v I should be putting out alot more wattage. I'm in parallel

I'm hookedup from positive lead on the driver to a wago connector. Then out of it to each positive on the strips. Then negative out to a wago to end strip. I'm using a hlg320 I should be pulling alot light

I'm going to be picking up on the idea of using the square aluminum pipes. Any excuse to use the Dremel is good, and that looks like a great way to add to heat dissipation.

Neat eh? The problem with using these typically is that all the heat builds up inside the tube, but with the slats cut into it, that problem disappears. Pretty cool idea.
